PAYMENTS & SHIPPING

We accept payments with debit and credit cards, PayPal and ApplePay.

All orders are shipped worldwide only with DHL Express. Depending on your location, delivery time takes between 2 and 4 business days.

Most items are made-to-order so please allow a several days for production.

Buyers are responsible for customs and duty fees if such apply.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I gladly accept returns if you aren't satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason! To be eligible for a refund, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship the items back within 7 days of delivery.

The only exception from my return policy are heavily customized items. Buyers will be always informed prior to such purchases that returns are not accepted.

In case you decide to return an item, please note that:

• I will ask you to send it back at your expense.
• items should be returned in their original condition – unworn and unwashed.
• I do not take responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
• I will need a tracking number for the returned package.
• refunds and exchanges will be made up to 3 biz days after receipt of returned items.
• shipping fees are non-refundable.
